Once you place your order and your order is received please allow the following time frames for PROCESSING and SHIPPING:
At least 4-5 Business Days - Order Processing 
At least 2-3 Business Days - Shipping 
Shipping method chosen at check out starts after processing/shipping time frame. 

Pickup Orders :
HAIR ORDERS : Please allow 1-2 business days AFTER processing (4-5 business days) to receive a Email or TEXT on when your order is ready for Pickup. 

There are No Refunds or Exchanges on any hair related products.
Once your order is handed to the carrier we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages are the responsibility of the carrier and a claim must be filed if there are any issues.
